1. The product would need to be returned to us within seven days of your receipt of goods, provided that they are in their original, unopened, unused, and undamaged condition.
2. Unpacking video must be sent to prove the damaged or wrong product.
3. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making an exchange. Postage will not be refunded.
